I drew most of this during December while I was on hiatus; I just didn't submit it because I wasn't sure if anyone would like it. But with my New Year's resolution to submit pictures regardless of the reception they'll receive, this picture now gets to see the light of day after almost a month of remaining a very rough draft. I spent the last couple days restoring it, as well as adding many features it never had before such as visible wings and a crate to put the victim in. From there it was just one mildly annoying shading job and two gag variants before it was ready to submit, and I'm a lot happier with it now that it's all finished.

I'm not sure if there's a story here, but Dark Pit doesn't seem at all upset; instead he looks entertained. Maybe it's because he pulled a delightful prank that got everyone mad enough to stuff him in there, or maybe it's because he likes a good escape challenge. Or perhaps he just enjoys some restrained quiet time to himself. Just use your imagination and enjoy the picture and its variants.
